Hi Chris, I enjoy watching your videos and reading your blog posts because they resonate well with me and make so much more sense than the PUA garbage that is out there. One of the things that struck out in your blog posts to me was the importance of social status in landing the best looking girls (or above average girls).

One of my biggest issues with building my social life was being taken seriously. I have run into some social circles (mainly the entitled rich kids) where I am seen as a joke and never really taken seriously. Actually, throughout my teens I was never taken seriously by people and never really seen as the cool guy.

Then again in my teens I was fat, wore crappy old glasses, and did not care about style or grooming.

Now I have lost a lot of weight, wear better clothing, wear square frame glasses instead of bad ones, and I really care about my style and grooming.

Problem is, I don't know how I become the guy that is taken seriously by the crowd. I mean there are some people who take me seriously but it seems like I am always getting passed up by that pretty looking sorority girl (maybe because I am not in a fraternity).

Some people even joked when I was dating this girl saying "ooooo (my name) has got a girlfriend!".

I have gone from graduating high school a virgin to having around 10 lays but I joined GLL because I just believe there are aspects like these I need help on.

I do have them but I wear them more for sports and working out. Problem with contacts is they can take a long time to put in for me sometimes and getting them out becomes another pain. Solid suggestion though.

Thanks my danish friend. Yes, come to think of it now I have realized that no matter what I say and how I say it, glasses might be the reason I am not getting the most out of my social life. Kinda sad but as I have learned through GLL, society is very shallow.

I dont think its the glasses entirely. You have to speak with confidence. Be unappologetic say what you want to say. I used to get bullied and stuff as well and what you find is you end up being conditioned into a beta trap where you do not allow people to take you seriously. You need to assume that everyone wants to listen to you and say anything you enjoy or find amusing with out ever appologising or seeking others approval. Also dont be over reactive to others. If someone says something you dont like just say to yourself I am a man and just dont let it get to you. Be unreactive to peoples shit and they wont see you as an easy target.
