On aside, I do push ups to keep my muscles stimulated during off days. I'm going to keep up w/the 5 min cardio runs after each workout. Some exercises I'll increase weight + decrease rep, and some I'm going to maintain weight + increase reps to 8. I'm feeling good still, there's some laziness seeping in, but it might just be because of the exam week coming up. Lots of studying.
Week 5 - 135.8 lbs (!)
Workout A - (Monday) + 5 min treadmill
bench press: 155 lbs - 4/4/4
incline dumbbell press: 50 lbs/ side - 8/8
rope extensions: 59 lbs - 8/5/5
Workout B - (Wednesday) + 7 min treadmill
weighted chin-ups: 40 lbs - 4/4/4
bent over dumbell rows: 50 lbs - 4/4
barbell curls: 60 lbs - 4/4/4
8/12/2012 - Weight is 134.4 lbs. I dropped weight for some reason and it's harder to make these weight gains. I figure that's normal, I'll see how it goes in a couple weeks. I also took this weight in the morning right after I woke up + worked out
Monday - Workout A + 5 min cardio
dumbell press 60 lbs x 2 : 7/7
incline dumbell press 60 lbs x 2 : 7/5/3
rope extensions 64 lbs : 7/7/7
Wednesday - Workout B + 5 min bike
Friday - Workout C + 4 min cardio
shoulder press 35 lbs x 2: 3 reps// 24 lbs x 2: 4, 3 reps
pull ups 40 lbs: 4/3/3
close grip bench 130 lbs: 7/7
dumbell curls 35 lbs: 7/7
I got all the workouts done this week. I weighed 136.6 lbs on 21/12/12. I forgot to note down my reps/weights and stuff. Just trying to get caught up with work. Next week I will improve. Work hours are tight, but I'm trying to keep up. It's going okay so far.
