Squats 135lbs 8, 225lbs 8, 315lbs 6 5 5 4
Hack Squats 205lbs 4 3 3 (per leg...so its more like 8 6 6)
Lying Leg Curls 185lbs 6 5
My squat day is quite easily my toughest day...No other day has my sweating this much...or dreading going to the gym...this is my "Get Big" day....I don't even do a lot of exercises and I am sweating and breathing hard as a mother fucker
To be honest this seems VERY confusing...I hope you guys can understand this...if not...I'll just put dungeon session on the days where I go to the dungeon ...but yea this was my first day with the body builders...lots of core work...which is actually just the warm up...then complex multifaceted lifting...lots or reps
Got back from the Dungeon...threw up the protein shake...not sure if it counts as a meal...I weigh 190lbs although I was 193 when the day started...anyways my workout looked something like this:
Machine Pull downs 12 10 10
Machine Row 12 12 12
Pull Ups 10 4 3
Machine Pulleys 10 10 10
Machine Bar Pulleys 10 10 10
Triceps Press down
Romanian Deadlifts 12 12 12
One arm dumbbell Rows 10 12 12
Tricep Dumbbell Extension 10 10 10
Crunches 10 20
Leg Raises 10 10
The exercises that have no spaces between them are basically super-sets...its kinda hard to track what I do in the Dungeon because I do so many exercises and I don't really track the weight...also the Dungeon is more than just a gym...my personal trainer really has his shit together...I'll right about it in my life journal
Update: My Diet looked like this
Protein Shake (Threw UP)
Homemade 5oz Burger
Homemade 5oz Burger
Homemade Chicken Burger
Homemade Chicken Burger
Sounds like you've been working very hard and its clear that you're very dedicated.
Keep on pushing man. You mentioned wanting to get cut after building up your size...
Maybe less calories after you've reached ideal weight ? While still going heavy
and intense ?
As I've mentioned, I don't eat for size, have shakes or follow a special diet. Everyone's
different and each person's body will react to different methods of training but it has
seemed to work for me to a certain degree.
I actually don't know the wait of what I lift most of the time...my trainer moves the wait up and down...anyways all I know is that it is a SHITLOAD of repetitions...I've never sweated like this at the gym before...and my legs were shaking when I was walking back to the change room...I like the dungeon because my trainer does a very good job of actually pushing me to my physical limit...when I lift heavy I push myself....but nothing too crazy because I will not risk an injury

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
