Since I am breaking up my original journal I am going to start posting all my fitness activities/results/logs in here...for everything I have done this year up to this point simply refer to my original journal
My stats as of right now...I am 5'11 and I weigh 186lbs...I lost about 7 lbs in the past few days because I have been sick and unable to eat...but I am starting to feel a lot better...I have been stuck at 190lbs for the past 2 months... my goal is 200 but completely shredded...I will most likely continue to bulk to 215 and then start my cut back down so I have about 30lbs more to go...which is ok because I was 159lbs at one point this year
I will admit...I have slacked off like crazy for the past two months...I don't even know if I've hit the gym this month...But I promised to renew my focus once I started my PE...so I'll post in here as often as I can...and get back on the tear I was on when the year started
I'm so pumped to actually write one of these up...I went to the gym and they check my sign in...its been 26 days since my last visit...FUCK...if only I had not slacked off for the past two months...I'd already be at 200+ lbs...anyways I've renewed my focus...I'm heading back today as well....having size on you makes an astronomical difference when it comes to getting with women
My workout looks like this (Bare in my my description will be *Exercise *Weight *Reps
Deadlifts 225lbs 5 (warmup), 270lbs 4 4 2, 22lbs 6 reps (cool down)
Machine Leg Press 720lbs 6 7 7
Sitting Leg Curls 220lbs 5 5
Standing Calf Raises 80lbs 6 8 6 (10 second hold each rep)
Protein Shake with 2 eggs
2 cans of Tuna
3 Item plate at Manchu Wok
6oz Burger and fries
Going to have a Protein Shake before bed
I forgot to mention...I am weighing at least 190lbs...on my this chics scale two days ago it said 194 but I had my jeans on and I think my watch...yesterday at this chics house her scale said 195...the gym scale seems like it reports lighter weight than actual...anyways I honestly think I'm at 193-195 and I wear insoles so I'm between 6'0 and 6'1
