About how many calories would 1 egg add?
From my understanding I should just add peanut butter, eggs, oats, ice cream, etc. to regular whey right?
I worked on my chest and triceps yesterday
Barbell Bench Press or Smith Machine Bench Press 4 x 8
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 4 x 8
Dumbbell Flys 3 x 10
Close Grip Bench Press 4 x 8
French Press 2 x 10
Tricep Dips 2 x10
I found that my triceps seem to be lacking.
I DID go through the free weight exercises but my arms felt numb and like they would give out. No shaking though.
Then when it came to the dips I didn't have much force, did them slowly.
Haha no judgment on my part. I've actually been interested in it for the longest but it's damn expensive!
I think it will be faster too, but when I ramp up the weights which I did slightly today.
Damn dude that's probably how much I consume too....
I'm going to try and have a 1,000+ calorie shake a day and snack on peanut butter to help get to that 3,500.

Squat 5×5 - Did these no problem. Adding an extra 5 pounds Friday.
Overhead Press 5×5- Was able to complete but I wasn't at the point of struggling exactly, 5 extra pounds as well.
Deadlift 1×5- Piece of cake, I'll probably double the weight I'm lifting on the above exercises with this one.
Had a post-workout shake. I ran out of whey on this one.
Added one egg, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and 1 cup of oats.
Going to update with how much I'm lifting on Friday.
