Have you considered making a log for hitting on girls and trying to get laid? Don't know if you have posted your tinder pics or profile or conversations before but that might be a good step. Get your best current pics up for now while continuing to improve your looks, hit as many different dating apps as you can, post your conversations, and try as hard as you can to pull each girl that talks to you. Ideally work on social freedom and hit on girls in person in addition as well.
If you truly hit on tons of girls, try really hard to fuck each of them, awkward or not, and not good looking yet or not and still are crashing and burning all the time then reassess and go from there.
First workout in awhile... kept it lighter. Might consider trying an SSRI to help me bridge the gap for awhile. I'll get pretty depressed for a few days at a time often and can't be consistent with anything because of it.
