When you're shredded, maybe you'll still have lots of flakes but you'll have more dates setup too!
So you can stack 3 dates in a day and then one will pull thru!

@Roger, dude, for Christmas, my uncle was expecting his daugher(my cousin) to come over because she had told him she was coming. You want to know what happened? She flaked on her own dad. My uncle looked pretty upset about that because she didn't even call to tell him she wasn't coming or to reschedule. My sister does it all the time to me "I'm coming over to pick some stuff up in the afternoon." I'm sitting there waiting for her to come, she doesn't even call to say I can't make it. My lab partner(a girl) did the same shit "can I stop by and pick up the hardware for the project because I want to learn how to write code for the microcontroller? I'll be there at 5pm. She didn't show up or text me to tell me she wasn't coming. I don't know if it's young people or just girls that think this shit is ok to do.
Sorry for the rant, but this is just to put it into perspective not to take it too personally when girls flake on dates. I need to internalize that most people are shit with their time management and with respecting people's time.
1/7 - 2,100 Calories
60 min walk/light jog
First day restarting my 30 day program. Did well overall for last 30 days. But didnt track calories perfectly and overrate some days, as well as missed quite a few days being depressed. I did make up all scheduled weight lifting days, but was short at least 5-8 hrs cardio. Will do my best to be 100% this time so I can have a solid weigh in, in a month.
Back to log. Have been doing these type of workouts the past 3 weeks. Past few months similar workouts but on average 30 sets a day or so. Going to keep it consistent, 5 days a week at least. L I'll miting cardio because I hate it and am more unlikely to stay compliant.
Quick tip - Keep your shoulder and Chest days separated at least 48 hours in between them, or combine the days.
So instead of doing Back - Shoulders/tris - Chest/Pullups/abs
Do it like this -
Chest - Back - Rest - Shoulders
The reason for this is that on chest days, you use a TON of your shoulders during those exercises despite how good your form is. So your shoulder is still recovering if you do your shoulder day the next.
This will also lessen your chance of injury if you separate those days.
This goes for triceps too. Your chest day won't be nearly as good as it could be because you did Shoulders and Triceps the day before.
Will keep that in mind. I've thought about this before and usually try not to do too many back to back upper body's. Usually will separate with leg/rest day. But will do that from now on with chest and shoulders. Shoulders/delts is where I have noticed the most growth. Amazon needs to hurry up and ship out those bowflex dumbbells haha.
