12/26 - 1,600 Calories
Back/Abs/Calves Missed four days due to extenuating circumstances. Back on it and lowering my calorie intake for next week and increasing cardio to make up for missed time.

As you get better looking/have better photos, flakes will become less frequent. You just have to not quit.
