Starting this for accountability and started to work out again yesterday. It felt amazing once I got started. I'm way out of shape, and a car accident is further hindering me from regular full on work outs.
But I have 3 personal trainers certifications and worked out consistently for a decade so I can easily make up my own efficient work outs. Learned from one of my best friends on working out and nutrition, he holds a world record in the bench press in one of the divisions, forgot which. He benched 315 while weighing like 125 or something. Natural.
Right now, my goal is simply to get moderately ripped with big biceps and triceps, while also working on calves and thighs. Just a very basic goal, no numbers or anything. Will throw cardiovascular exercise in as well, as that also helps with mood.
