First off all, let me introduce myself: I'm Il Capitano, Mid to late 20's, Caucasian, Western European and I started to post on this website due to some buddies of mine who already active on this forum.
My goals for 2019 are: Being location Independent due to Having my online business, being in good shape (being really ripped) and improve my languages (chinese and spanish/russian).
I'm more motivated than ever due to I've been in personal Business self development for about a year now and for gaming woman a bit longer which helped me a lot for reaching my goals. However, now I'm struggling with my gym already for about a year. I've been food poisoned 3 months ago and now one month ago, I'll do whatever it takes to get in good shape/being ripped, I'm sick and literally depressed of banging 5's. I've gained a lot of self disciplin due to my own business but my fitness results are absolutly depressing so far.
Stats about me:
Height: 187 cm
Weight ATM: 77 KG
My maintenance calorie level at this is moment is about: 2639 Calories (154 g of proteines, 48g of fats and 274g of carbs)
When I first started out (3,4 weeks ago):
Right now ( 4 weeks later)
Muscle: 81 %
Fat: 14,8 %
Bone: 4,2 %
I'm eating a lot of unsaturated fats lately ( I guess too much). Will update here. Anybody any tips? See my body attached

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
