What do you guys think of fasting for cutting? EOD (Every Other Day) fasting is recommended in the Metabolic Blowtorch book. How I was told was:
If you eat 1500 cals and starve yourself, your body goes into starvation mode and saves as many cals as possible since it doesn't think it's gonna get more. Fasting: You still eat regular amount of food on non fasting days, but during a fast, your body has no choice but to burn fat, but it doesn't cause starvation weight gain. Thoughts?? 24 Years Old

Finished 8 weeks of blueprint to cut. Doing arnold split now. Today was leg day
Squat 50kg Lunge 12kg eacg Leg curl 55kg Sldl 65kg Good morning Calfs 65kg Crunches Did ,3x10 for most exercises except crunches which were 5x25 Also did 40m of cardio at 10km/h
