I’ve been following the GoodLookingLoser diet and workout in the morning cardio and weights but what kind of weight exercises are you supposed to do for 15 minutes?

Google "Starting Strength" or "5x5". Those are both very good beginner lifting routines.
P.s. It's going to take more than 15 minutes per workout to get good results. Probably 30 minutes minimum. Pre-GLL: 5

In the diet it says light weights until total failure (could you give me some examples? I’ll look at the 5x5 and starting strength though too

I would just keep to one routine for a while like at least three months to see some results.
I personally do cardio like running 4 miles every so often on top of the reg park routine with the boxing classes, ab routine and do boxing heavy bag routine when I can be arsed. It depends what you're working with in the terms of physique, your current fitness and health and your goals. I had a mate copy my routine in the gym with no prior gym and he couldn't hack it at all. I would post a pic to get a before shot to stay accountable. The lads on here can be very helpful and provide guidance. My Redshirt Year Revisited (updated 20.05.2019):
