Improvement: In terms of Macros, That is about where I want to be. In terms of Calories, I'd like to bump up my calories up 600ish. I'd like to consume 14k Calories a week (2k a day) and just ride that until I am unable to lose weight with that calories intake anymore.
Sunday: I took today off in the gym. My body is really soar.
P.E # 11: I did 50 ball stretches and did 20 minutes of Bathmate (I got 17.2 on the Bathmate scale today!).
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: Ribs no BBQ sauce.
Dinner: Bowl of Tuna (I've not eaten yet, but I've it premade.)
New weight: 251lbs (-3 lbs from last week.) That means I've lost 15 lbs so far.
Other notes: I think once I've lost another 15 lbs (making for 30lbs total) I am going to start on my next tattoo. I've been tattoo hungry for a long time, but havn't because I wanted to lose some fat before I did so. Once I get to 235 lbs, I'll start setting stuff up for that.
I'm back from my (3 weeks?) business trip. Business-wise this was a really great 3 weeks for me (Made $50k), and I'm also in the process of securing enough work to keep my buried until summer. But this is not a business thread, so back to the task at hand.
I'll be getting back into the grove of things over the next few days. Even though I just got home today, I'll be going into the officer tomorrow, but I'll hit the gym before I do so.
I've had a bad case of Hay Fever over the last 10 days. The medicine I got me 95% back to full health, but I still have some congestion, but, such is life.

Decline Chest Press: 160lbs x 10/ 160lbs x 9 reps
Incline Chest Press: 100lbs x 10 reps/ 100lbs x 9 reps
Butterfly: 85 lbs x 10 reps/ 85lbs x 7 reps
Close-Grip pull down: 115lbs x 10 reps/115lbs x 8 reps
Wide-grip pull down: 115lbs x 8 reps/ 115lbs x 8 reps
Row: 115lbs x 8/ 115lbs x 8 reps

P.E: I did some basic stretches and wore the extender for 3 hours.
