I thought I would be a bit proactive and start myself off with a Training Log. One of my big issues has been general body image, and while I can't 'change' everything, I'm getting the recurring theme that there may be more things that I can change about myself than I first thought.
I am slated to have my measurements taken at the start of my next session with my personal trainer. I am about 168cm tall (I use that Godless Metric system), and was measured in April 2017 during a workplace physical at 94 kilograms. In early March I made a few changes to my life; stopping masturbation, walking to and from work when there wasn't public transport (I'm a shift worker), and reducing my caloric intake to less that 1,800C/4,500kj a day. I give myself one 'blow-out' day a week, but even those are rather measured (I might have a slice of cake or a bowl of ice cream). As mentioned elsewhere, I 'accidentally' stepped on the scales at my gym at measured in at 81kg (maybe a bit under, but who cares?) I understand that if I want some upper body definition I will need to alter my diet at some point to increase calorie that can be used to produce muscle mass, but I'm pretty certain that crap-shoot that is genetics mean I'll never be ripped like a Marvel Superhero. So, this is my Post Zero, setting myself up for the documentation of success. I understand that there is a lot of pain ahead - physical, mental, emotional - but given that Endgame is 'lots of good sex with lots of hot women', the pain should be not only worth it, but welcomed. Feel free to comment anyone, if you wish.

Measurements #1
I was measured early Monday morning by my PT. I've been having a rough time with the separation of late, which is why it has taken me so long to post. I photos of me (shirt-on) as that is how my PT wishes to track my progress. 30APR2018 - Measurements Weight: 77.7kg Bicep: 33cm Waist (small): 93cm Waist (navel): 98cm Hips: 94cm Training Focus: - bodyweight squats - squat press with 4kg dumb bells - walking lunges (Goddamn! My bald spot is really visible in that last one - no hair product on that early in the morning) I also weakened yesterday and masturbated for the first time in 59 days (not to porn). It's not really a thing that gents here need to know about, but I'm putting it here for my own accountability. I've seen reference to a 'redshirt year' on this site ('redshirt' means something else in the geek community). I consider my current progress as something akin to old guy going back to high school to get his GED before he can go to college. |

Since you're already losing hair, ever thought about shaving it off completely?
Growing a beard could be useful in getting rid of a baby face and hiding any facial wrinkles. Also, Testosterone Replacement Therapy might be a good consideration for a guy your age.

I’ll second the buzz cut and beard advice. Could be worth a try. That and some muscle mass plus getting leaner, I can picture you as a badass older biker lookin dude.. lol but maybe you’re not looking for that kind of advice.

No, any and all advice is appreciated, and prior to having wild curls for a few years, I often would shave it all the way down. I used my stylist for the current cut about a month ago, and he is an advocate of hiding the balding with the bald.
As for facial hair, I've never really had a lot of luck growing it, but it can't hurt to try. I do come of as intellectual too often, which women don't always dig. Working on the muscle mass in the medium term, but we'll see how that goes. Will look at TRT, but not sure if that would work. Thank you. |

TRT works. There's plenty of documented research. It's basically steroids used legitimately. Steroids work.
If you can't grow a beard, look into Minoxidil. |

Looks like your hormones are imbalanced that's why your body looks the way it does.
You need to change your diet completely. I recommend going on a high fat diet with lots of green vegetables. A high fat diet will completely transform your body. Also, you need to work on your posture. You should see a posture specialist for that. Lay Count

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
