Adding pictures. So far I did a good job pushing carbs my parents shove in my face away. I admit I had to make some cheat days just because I would also go hungry after going out to lunch with my dad and uncle, so I did have to have some carbs and go over the 50g just so that way I am not starving (I'd much rather err on the side of eating too much and delay the results than not eat enough and lose too much muscle).

Things were going well until yesterday when I tripped over a fatgripz bar at the gym and fell on a machine. So today i could only do cardio and the leg machine. hopefully things get better. nothing broken just extremely sprained.
I went to the doctor today and as it turns out, a small bone is broken, and thus I need 6-8 weeks to recover. I looked up work outs I can do and as i turns out, only abs and legs like what Kblsa said. I just dont think it will be safe to continue this diet while the arms, chest, back, shoulders, and forearms will not be trained. ill ease into adding carbs so as to not put too much fat on.
