for giving me great advice on how I should cut and also where I stand on my looks. I have 45 days to really improve myself for the new school year to really increase my value as a person in the eyes of others.
I have two goals:
1. Get real cut (29” waist and/or visible 6-pack abs)
2. Become a more interesting and confident man with better social skills
So right now I am a sitting duck waiting for this carrier to come. I am a bit pissed because a tinder girl I met earlier this week wanted to hang out with me at her place today but I couldn’t because this guy gave a 3 day window for picking up my car and will call at any time. He didn’t call today so very likely tomorrow. Once I get home I can begin my cut as I will have access to my BCAAs, and osta red. Thus I can focus completely on the cut rather than starting early and messing it up.
So anyways due to the drinking I did with the new friends I met, southern food, and the nature of my work, my waist ballooned a bit to 31.5.” My shoulders did get bigger at 49” or 48.5” and I weigh approximately 160 lbs on my friends scale but I will be measuring off the scale at home and get some real measurements by either Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.
I admit I did stop short but that was due to freaking out over getting smaller and letting guys tell me to bulk up and believing that muscle burns fat.
I will be using the macros Chris just gave away for free or within 10% of it.
You should be able to get in abs in 45 days fairly easily with a heavy caloric deficit of 500 - 800 daily calories. I was losing about 3lbs a week on that. Just take high protein to try and maintain some muscle mass .
Play_time_is_over I have seen your transformation , whats your waist size in inches ? just curious because im also tall 187cm and you weigh 3kg less than me. Might post my pic up to get a body fat estimate from the forum

These things are often heavily dependent on your genetics, and what worked for you might not work for all guys. For naturally skinny people, a deficit of 500-800 calories would result in losing nearly all your muscle mass, no matter how high your protein intake.

33" around the belly button and currently about 84.5kg. I can get down to 83kg pretty easily however I'm trying to put on muscle + not get a cold.
That's just the title. I am between apartment leases I will be staying with my parents for 45 days (although its 40-42 due to the delay). Hence why 45 days. I don't expect abs but I will at least look a lot better in 42 or so days when I move back to school.
@Thikron I intend to use the macros Chris gave me or be within 10% of those numbers. I want to get ripped and then slowly put on a bit of muscle.
Anyways speaking of delay, there was a another delay in the car carrier (since the apartment has a daily rate, I was able to stay an extra night). Anyways the hotel has a gym and there are restaurants so I its not McDonalds and subway.
Bit behind on posting but yesterday I started my cut. Since I am now living with my parents for the next month, and my previous living situation included a decent gym that never got crowded, I had to get a new membership. Speaking of which, although the gym was small, I never had any issues with getting the squat rack or bench press.
I only took two pills or 25mg each day as the first day I took it a bit late 11:00AM ish and today I took it at around before 7AM. I set my alarm for 6:30 each day.
Also the gym gave me a complimentary training session. The crossfit is great for cardio, a lot better than jogging on a treadmill, but weights could use improvement so I just do weights on my own for 20 min then cardio.
Day 3 and 4 now up on the link, which I will put on the first post. I'm hitting the calories without going over on carbs but I am way overshooting protein. (265 grams) rather than the 170 Chris recommended. I know its better to go over than under in terms of protein but am well aware of the health issues. I will buy some salmon along with broccoli, more spinach, carrots and other low carb veggies. Also I will add another cernovich shake with a scoop of protein powder rather than 2 scoops of protein powder.
Ok so day 7. I weighed myself this morning at 152.8 lbs which is almost 4 lbs a week. This concerns me a bit because 4 lbs a week seems too fast.
Yesterday was a cheat day due to circumstance: had lunch with dad and uncle at some mexican place, went bowling and then a chicken place that only had fried chicken. It was either starve or make this a cheat day.
Anyways, next time I go I will just pack a lunch with an ice pack.
Couldn't find the tape measure to measure my waist but I do feel tighter and the osta-red is keeping most of the muscle so I may end up with some visible abs in no time.
I admit I am a little over some day but I losta ton of weight (3lbs) so too much carbs isn't the problem.
Ok so I realized something about this cut: It is hard for me to get calories in. Normally when I eat, I have something on the side; however, since most sides have too many carbs I just had one main dish. I cannot eat just one thing without getting sick as I am very sensitive to certain tastes. I had a talapia for lunch but only ate half of it before I had to spit it out in fear of throwing it up. Even a coke zero couldn't help. I am going to break some rules and have a bit of sides (veggies, slice of american cheese, or even the occasional fruit) just so that way I can eat without feeling grossed out by just chicken or salmon. I'll ask on the diet forum as well to see what others have said before I get too hasty and up the carbs too much.
Anyways the pics are all finally uploaded, and I have been making great progress. In fact I am more concerned about whether I am losing too much muscle than if my stomach is shrinking.
Didn't take a picture today. Anyways I did break some rules a bit because there was no way I would be able to cook lunch and I did not prepare either. However, I still went to the gym in the morning and broke a sweat. Weights than 10 minutes on the stair climber.
Anyways I notice my testosterone is down a bit as yesterday I did not have any morning wood. Luckily I am on the osta red and my muscle is still there. Still great progress on the stomach.
