Good points and I agree , sometimes I get too excited and set unrealistic goals for myself , idk why but I have alot of confidence I can get it done . Anywho I'll start off slow and see how it goes .
I look bad naked but once I put jeans + graphic t-shirt then I look OK , unfortunately during daygame I would walk around with my belly sucked in so it didnt stick out too much and that caused some breathing problems for me in the long run .
Im sure my results will increase drastically once I loose the weight .

Hey dude, one summer I lost 40 pounds before going to college, I did insanity while I was really obese, ate right, and played soccer for an hour. Is this overtraining? fuck yeah but I went from fat to skinny and went from a little above average to good looking.

Like the others said don't set unrealistic goals for yourself. Slow and steady. I lost thirty pounds but it took a long time. A lot of people yo yo diet and gain it all back. It's ok to just lose one to two pounds a week. Ketogenic diet is great, BACON. I'm rooting for you.
