Today I woke up late after pressing snooze on my alarm. Had class at 9:30 so I tried to get a quick workout, could barely get anything going. So I learned to never go back to sleep like that ever again. To compensate, I popped another Lipodrene afterwards since I can't work out until later today (can handle two without exercising too much.. Yeah, I'm still getting a full workout in, no excuses.

Week 2 Weigh In. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Lost only 4 pounds. Currently 234. Serious evaluation coming up today. This is unacceptable. I'm supposed to be losing much more than this bullshit. Overall Life Building Thread:

Hey ash , I know your disappointed and if you feel you can do better then thats great , Just dont be too down on yourself as even on a bad week you've made progress , As you said evaluate what didnt go right this week and try for better next week.A good idea is to right down everything you eat , All your workouts and how much you weigh / how much weight you dropped each week - So if you dont lose as much as you should one week , You can look back and see what you did wrong (Done a smaller workout maybe , Or you had a treat on a certain day or something) but you can pinpoint what it was.
Also (Especially if your lifting weights) dont worry too much about the weight scales - Yes its a good indicator but you should be looking at your body and seeing the changes rather than focusing on just the number on the scales. Anyway keep it up Ash , Goodluck for next week.

Thanks bro, I am doing some lifting as well. With 30 minutes cardio. I've had the same diet. Except for eating guacamole. This could have been it, among a few other things. Overall Life Building Thread:

Have you tried HIIT cardio? , I dont know what kind of cardio your doing right now but everything i have read suggests HIIT is far better for weight loss than steady state cardio is (Jogging on a treadmill for example).
Might be something to look into if its not something your doing currently. |

Hey man! Have you ever tried a foam roller? I use this before my workout every time regardless of doing upper or lower body workouts. I roll my muscles in my legs, back, and chest. I don't ever feel my workout in my legs and I go hard on leg day. My legs haven't been sore ever since I've used it. Foam roller is literally the best thing I've ever used for exercising over anything. I recommend it for everyone. 4 - 2016 and before
