I'm eating around 2,000 calories a day (I'm counting), but nothing is happening. In fact I actually gained a pound. I know I'm lifting also, but with such a low diet, along with water and fat burner I should be going down in weight, not gaining or staying the same. Like I lost the initial few pounds then the loss stopped.

I refunded my digital scale back to Target. Noticed it's actually unreliable, whereas my gym's scales have been on point all along.

Stop fucking weighing yourself. Only focus on getting stronger. Build up your back muscles, arms, glutes, legs etc. All the major muscles. Focus on what your seeing in the mirror.
That's actually what I might start doing - I wanted to record weight for a future project I want to do, but I guess I can do that with pictures as well and just record weight every once in awhile, if that makes sense.
