Just keep at it, like dude said, "One day at a time." It took me 2-3 weeks to finally get into a "groove" and I've stuck with it ever since. I've been going strong for 9 months and am down 165 lbs.

Update: First Weigh In after 1 week. 10 Pounds Lost! Current weight 238 (Was disappointed I thought I lost less than that when I first weighed myself but checked my numbers and was happy later) LOL

Also, here's another important update:
From now on, until I get all my shit together, I will ONLY visiting this site to update my logs. I won't be posting anything else on other threads unless it's super important. I've realized I spend TOO much time on this Forum out of boredom. This has caused me to waste a lot of valuable time I could have been doing MORE than I already do. I've realized I need to keep myself busy at ALL times. There's a book I've bought called Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy - REALLY good book for getting shit done. So in the meanwhile: ONLY here for updating my logs. Following Eat That Frog's techniques - writing down my plans, etc Filtering out any and all time wasters. Keeping to my weight loss plan. Looking for work. Networking, Applications, you name it. Attending and Studying For MCSE Classes to get my certs. Studying the financial markets to keep my trading knowledge sharp. Taking on the new hobby of learning Spanish. I've already borrowed a good book from the library and will be using apps/sites to chat with people in Spanish. (I plan to travel and do awesome things, so this is important.) This sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. Just a few things I'm dedicating all of my time to. Last workout for the week. I've confirmed I really do need gyno surgery to remove the excess fat and the breast tissue. I'm losing all this weight and it's still there. This is embarrassing
