Healthy Foods - and Chorizo cause it was cheap, has no carbs. High Sat. Fat and Sodium though
DAY #1. So I took TWO Lipodrene (max recommended dosage for mornings) with 3 scoops BCAA - it tastes like shit and was hard to get down. Shit sucks. I went 30 minutes on the treadmill, and somehow wasn't burned out after 10 minutes like I usually would. After that I hit the bench press - when I was done I felt exhausted in a good way, until I tried getting down my Protein mixed with Almond Milk - was chalky kind of, and my body wouldn't let me keep drinking it. Tried to eat some Chorizo/Eggs - Lipodrene shut my appetite down COMPLETELY. I had to force myself to eat a little bit. Then came this weird feeling I didn't know what the fuck it was. I was out of commission for over an hour before heading out to handle my business for today. The shit feeling (probably from the second Lipo pill) is gone. But I still feel super energized and not hungry at all. I did manage to get the shake down on the go however. Wasn't go bad after getting used to the powder taste - I don't have a blender to mix it better.
Gonna pop the last Lipo pill this afternoon and chill out and get some work done on the computer when I get back home. Gotta get to this College to do a bunch of paperwork and stuff. Here's my starting pics I took last night. I'm 250 now - Fat as SHIT but that's what I'm here for lol see ya guys later! (Yes I have gyno - working on getting that money for the surgery )
A couple things. If your worried about cost of bcaa's you don't need to take 3 scoops. 1-2 is fine if you have the luxury/money to do more that's fine.
Let me get this straight you got the bcaa's Chris recommended correct? If so surprised you didn't like them those taste bomb and a good treat.
Your protein shakes should have quite a bit of bcaa's but also buy the liver tabs gll recommends. There cheap as hell and will last u a long time. Therefor you can split them up take liver tabs on upper body days and bcaa's on lower body days or whatever works. This will save you money.
I was in a similar situation as you. I was 240 but I'm guessing your taller then me. I'm 5"9 and now I'm down to 200 lbs. I honestly lost the first 30 in about a month. I pretty much did what your doing but I wasn't taking liprodene and any ephedrine but I drink a shitload of diet energy drinks, tea and coffee for work and working out.
I take liprodene now. I was doing low carb low to no sugar. My only carbs sugar would be tons of veggies as no one has got fat off them and they have tons of enzymes and beneficial goodness for you and then isopure, eggs, meat, fish, healthy oils, ect.
The weight dropped man. My cardio was just an hour of bike riding a day. Have you thought of bike riding this first month, just for a fun hobby, put a podcast on, focus on your diet and let the weight drop. Supplement with 1-2 days lifting if you want.
The fiber gll reccomends will be huge for weight loss especially on the days you don't eat as well as you should
-another game changer for weight loss for me that I haven't heard gll talk about was taking a super high quality b complex and iodine supplement. This keeps the fat off even when I go through periods of complete shitty and disgusting eating. I take iodine first thing in the morning on Empty stomach and b complex with food later on. Gives me tons of energy at work too.
Thanks bro - 2 Lipodrene's in the morning is too much for my body. I'll just take one in the AM then one after lunch which is also recommended by their makers. I've taken 3 today, that's it, LOL And yea I eat veggies too. Also, I'm only about 5'11 so same height basically, lol

Ya on the days I take it, I only take one. Sometimes a full, and sometimes half and then pop the other half 4 hours later. I also take kratom too, so don't want to dehydrate my body too much.
I think when doing weight loss foods that are healthy, cheap, quality, and tasty, convenient are always good to have on hands. a couple suggestions.

12oz of grass fed beed organic hot dogs trader joes 4.99
sunflower seeds-1.99 a lb trader joes
trader joes sugar free chocolate bars- these r dank and will satisfy your sweet tooth.

And ya I got to lays so far, one was a really hot black girl, the hottest black girl at the club by far, and the other was a fat latina girl that came over to drink not too proud of that one.
Good shit bro - I especially like that Sugar Free Chocolate Bar - Does it have any carbs? My foods basically all bought for the month, but I'll check it out. I might do the hour cardio as opposed to 30 minutes.
Which brings me to Day 2:
Popped 2 Lipodrenes this morning (just to make sure if I could handle it or if it was first timer's thing) and although I went the whole 30 minutes without running out of breath/cramps/needing to slow down like I used to, I ended up throwing up a couple minutes later. I also didn't get as much BCAA down today. It's just plain hard to drink for me while working out, don't know why. I even cut down the servings to dilute it. I took my third Lipo just a few minutes ago.
Definitely sticking to 1 morning/1 afternoon from now on, LOL - this is some strong shit!
1 Lipodrene AM and 1 PM
30 minutes cardio didn't sweat as much today.
No appetite with just one either, also no negative side effects. Don't feel as energized however. But worth it.
Couldn't drink any BCAA without feeling naseous. Will find alternative sources and return the rest of it.
I looked in the mirror and can tell I lost a good amount of weight already.
