I was gonna skip today too but I managed to beat my frustration and hit the gym at night. I hate working out late because I have too much food in my stomach and I'm afraid it will disrupt my sleep cycle.

Rack Pull - 180 kg x 30 reps total (had to lower the weight and increase the volume instead)
BOR - 62.5 kg x 30 reps total
Seated Cable Row
EZ Bar Cheat Curl 62.5 kg x 30 reps total
For the pump work I usually do 3 sets with 2 weight drops each, and 3 cheated reps at the end of each weight drop. Weight doesn't matter. For example seated cable rows I might go:
50 kg x 6 + 3 cheated
40 kg x 3 + 3 cheated
30 kg x 2 + 3 cheated
And call it one set. Then after that do 2 more similar sets.

I do my own program. Lift more than I did last time. It's not rocket science. I'm 177cm / 5'9"... I don't know, that's what I get told, but I still feel small (and fat).
I wanna be 100kg shredded, and that desire is consuming me so bad inside. But it's unacceptable to take as much juice as I've been taking, and it's unacceptable to spend 3 hours in the gym every day. I'll rather take the slower route and have time for other things in life. Message to my body image disorder: fuck you, I will not let you control me!!!
