If you're starving throughout the day, aim for more protein. If you're especially hungry shortly after breakfast, I agree with IrishSean, you could definitely benefit from Intermittent Fasting. It makes cutting so much easier and (as long as you're hitting your calories), there are a few studies suggesting that IF could help with maintaining muscle and strength.
If you do decide to jump into IF, you can slowly start eating later on in the day or (like me) jump right into that shit and start a 16 hour fast with 8 hour eating window. You may feel like shit the first couple days, worst case first couple weeks. Your brain is adapting and regulating its glucose content. It will go away, I promise. Give it a shot! Shit, you might feel way better for it
