Cool Terminator! I find when I'm about 204 or above that I'm better with the chicks. What about you. Have you notced a signifigant difference being bigger?

Wow, I have to say I was expecting you guys to rip me a new asshole for gaining so much fat during my bulk, but it seems that you realize what a tremendous amount of muscle was also gained. Thanks again for the encouraging comments.
Your last sentence truly hit the nail on the head. Sometimes I see guys struggling with progress and think it's impossible to improve faster, and I just wanna slap them around for setting their expectations so low. Hopefully my transformation(s) will serve to bust some myths. What I've found is that food truly is king. You can take as much steroids as you want, but it's only when you pile on the calories that you start to see the MASSIVE gains in strength and size. You will gain fat too, but you have to ask yourself: "do I wanna get big n strong or not?" I was eating like 7000 kcal on my bulk.
Like @Make or Break said, psychologically gaining all that weight was tough to handle, and I don't feel sexy at all to really approach chicks. I have been noticing that I'm getting much more looks and eye contact though. |

Week 3 - 90.0 kg - 198 lbs
Down 9 kg. The gut is gone and my definition is slowly coming in. Strength ok at the gym! I got drunk once and ate one pizza, two large chocolate shakes and a few burgers. In addition I ate a normal lunch at work every day. Other than that adhering well. |

PS: Are these acne spots from the past or do you still have some problems with acne?
Anyways, I am almost an expert when it comes to acne. I had slight acne for a long time and tried almost everything. 25-50 mg of zinc a day will clear that acne within 3 weeks. 50 mg a day if you would have serious acne problems. That helped me and I told it my older sister who is medicine student, but couldnt get rid of acne. So she started taking 50 mg a day and has had clear skin now for more than a year. (A year supply costs like 20-30 bucks) 2020 Goals:

Thanks! I definitely have problems with acne because of my gear. I'm not self-conscious about it at all though and girls never seemed to mind it. But I will try your zinc tip for sure!

Gainzzzzzz! Especially the legs (as was pointed out). Btw I think you overstated the fat gain. I don't see it. I mean you haven't been cutting long and it seems you're already pushing low to mid teens.

Thanks bro! I guess most of the "fat gain" was just water bloat, and I'm happy to see that most of it has gone down. My waist is still quite a lot bigger than it was at the start, but then again the back muscles increase the girth too.
