I'm extremely determined and driven, and I like to push the limits of the human body. Two years ago I lost over 100 lbs in 7 months natty. Now I wanted to see what would happen if I were to just train my ass off and eat everything in sight. The results were phenominal. I put on 45 lbs in THREE months and my strength skyrocketed. I went from squatting 100 kg x 20 to squatting 150 kg for the same. My bench shot from around 90 kg x 2 to 100 kg x 7. I gained 4.5 cm on my biceps and 7 cm on my thighs just to name a few markers. Obviously probably 35 lbs of the weight gain was fat/water, but a 10 lb gain of lean tissue in three months is still an excellent result.
I went from "do you even lift?" to getting comments like "oh come on, you're not natty".
I believe that if you want the fastest results possible, you have to accept the fact that you will get fat. It isn't easy to handle mentally and that's why so many people develop so slowly. Fat will come off much quicker than muscle will build.
My goal as of now is to cut down about 30 lbs and get back to sub 10% BF. I will post progress updates once every week or two weeks. Watch me succeed.
Attached are pictures in April when I started and July when I stopped.

wow crazy. I'm happy if I gain 1 kg in a month
You say you eat everything in sight. What is mostly in your sight?
Would you say, eating lots of carbs is good? (many carb foods in house, but not many protein rich foods)
@Change: Carbs are the most anabolic, and for muscle gains the more you eat the better. But, alas, they also bloat you like a balloon. I chose to do high carbs because I didn't care about how I looked during the bulk. Protein I just aimed to get at least 250 g per day, but that was very easy to fulfill since I was eating so many calories. During this diet I've been eating at least 3000 kcal per day and losing weight fast.
Week 1 - 92.5 kg - 204 lbs
The first week of dieting is now behind me, and I've lost 6 kg (13 lbs). The bloat has gone down and I feel great! Dat dere roid gut has turned into a soft set of abs. Too bad my muscles are also way flatter. Strength going up, but slower.
Lessons learned for next bulk:
- Do it slower - don't cram everything in sight, but just eat to satiety and enjoy myself.
- Find a way to keep the bloat down - food choices / carb cycling? The bloat is extremely uncomfortable and ugly.

Food works. I've heard some say that a properly motivated 18 year old male that is willing to put on fat and actually eats and trains properly can gain 40-60 lbs of LEAN mass in 4-6 months. Better than steroids, basically.
The reasoning is that for very young guys (just post-puberty), your body's ability to still pump out testosterone and growth hormones in response to training stress is at a level that matches what steroids can do, especially because your body is producing a mix of anabolic factors (HGH, IGF-1, testosterone, probably others that science doesn't even fully understand) that is likely more ideal for growth than what you can buy and inject.
But to achieve it you have train very hard, consistently and properly (not easy to even get the knowledge of how to do this) and you have to eat just as hard, sometimes up to 7000 kcal/day depending on your metabolism. Sounds like Terminator was getting into this territory.
Good job man! It's only when you push like this that you realize that your limits are usually far beyond where you think they are.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
