Not main, just first used. In the absence of glucose, the body will render fat as its source of energy. OP is referring to trying out the "GLL diet" (aka low carb). @ OP, its really not that tough man. Just stop eating out so much and cook your own meals. Stick to meats and such. I basically live off of steak, eggs, chicken, and seafood. |

since going on GLL low carb started to see abs, its def working, replaced brown rice, other complex carbs with baby carrots, broccoli, tomatos, nuts.

gotta go interview scotty in 30sec. my suggestions are- 1) get a general appetite suppressant = lipodrene certain does the job 2) learning the substitutes = everyone I know that has trouble beating the carbs doesn't quite know all the alternatives to carbs. there's way more options than even I knew. Fried Roast Beef & Provolone Cheese in Olive Oil. Eggs, Cheese, Sugar-free BBQ sauce.. theres so much things. Stevia extract is your friend for beating sugar. Please no Private Messages. Post thread on with the word "Chris" or "GLL" in it if you absolutely need to get my input. Thank you for your understanding.

thanks guys i will try my best to enact this i live in miami so i dont know where would have stevia extract right nowi got plenty of steak, chicken, butter, olive oil, and organic girl spinach but im afraid of veggies having carbs too, plus iget constipated frequently, plus since imnow at the gym everyday my energy drops right away making me feel like i must have some sugar to pick me up and let me finish workouts
