Yea dude a lot of cardio. I do 3x week of weight lifting. I do cardio for 30 min on all those days This week I did 2 extra days of cardio because its kinda like my personal cup of coffee in the morning. Wakes me the fuck up. And I'm active, doing shit like yoga every week. which is a crazy good workout btw |

I'm pretty much stuck right where you started (15-16% ish). I'm a huge endomorph. I cannot get rid of the love handles (they have shrunk) or lower ab fat for the life of me.

Magic Mike, If you reduce your caloric intake and eat the right foods, the weight will fall off. That's just how the body works. A lot of times you might think you are not eating a lot of calories, but the little snacks add up. At least in my experience, before I was strict as fuck, I would munch on food all day. I wasn't able to drop weight. Never realized that those calories mattered. -Your body and hormones matter, but diet and exercise pretty much always matters more. unless there is like a SERIOUS biological issue, the same principles apply. You CAN DO IT BRO! Above average, yea I wake up, take my BCAAs, and immediately hit the gym. Every workout I've done has been on an empty stomach. |

Thanks for the info. I probably need to reduce my calories more than I am right now. At 169lbs ish, I'm still ingesting about 2,100 calories, although no complex carbs. I've dropped about 50lbs since last October '12. Before, I used to powerlift, so I primarly just focused on getting in enough protein (350-400g) and that was pretty much it. This is my first time 'really' cutting. Before I'd just slim down some, but not actually cut. Right now my protein intake is still quite high 300-350g. I'll try reducing by 200 cals and see what happens.
