in other news, girls are digging my body. had a girl over last night and she kept commenting on how much she liked my pecs. and i kind of grew out my facial hair so my jaw is more defined and i look more edgy.
The first week I did this diet i gained 2lb. that is because I took the advice "nothing will stick to you" to heart. In effect I ate thousands of calories a day of fatty cheese and peanut/almond butter.
After reading "A list of foods" I see that a lot of the foods i was eating is only recommended in small quantities.
after sticking closer to the actual diet recommendations i lost the 2lb i just gained in like 2 days. And its like i can **almost** feel my body burning fat when i do my fasting workouts. Its because when I do them i am really really hungry.
When you get really hungry just eat something that is almost zero carb so you don't go into starvation mode. One thing you don't want is to feel like your stomach is eating itself cause you are so hungry. If you stick to the diet 100% with all the meals and the lipodrene you seriously will never feel hungry.
I realize that i've been eating a lot at night. I will eat like a bunch of mixed nuts from the container. And whatever protein i can find around the house. I think it might imede my fat loss goals. So to solve this problem,
I will be pre-cooking like 10 hardboiled eggs just to have at all times. Plus like 5 premade fish filets, and like 5 chicken breasts. I will just have these premade meals so if i feel like i have to eat something i can eat something besides peanut butter straight out of the jar.
But other than that so far so good gentlemen.
Today is leg day and Im going to the gym at 9. unfortunately my gym opens up around 8-9 and ive been waking up at 630. so i have to wait until then on an empty stomach to work out. but its not that bad.
I was looking at the wrong time on the gym website. Thats when the office opens. The ACTUAL gym opens at like 6 or 7.
So its monday again and time for me to examine my progress.
Weight: 199 lb
body fat: around 15%
ill post my pic in the next post, but it looks like im getting a little more defined.
*Also I'm a little disheartened because its difficult to avoid eating snacks outside of my five meals. I still eat cheese and peanut butter here and there.
I'm just going to take it one day at a time from here on out. I spent all of this money on supplements, it would be crazy to waste it all without sticking hardcore to the program. Also the fat burner ive been using hasn't bee ephedra based, and i havent been using an appetite-suppresant. Although I'm not eating because im hungry, its more emotional eating.
I am working on ways to deal with stress other than eating, such as meditation. I'm in pretty good shape already, but if i really want to go that extra mile i have to stick to the plan.
On the bright side its a fun experience to push myself to the limits and figure all this stuff out.
Yeah dude you just have to find other things to occupy your mind and keep your mind on the prize.
It is a struggle dude. Even for me everyday..... I fight with not wanting to eat crap I am not suppose to eat and to just stay hardcore to the plan.

good adivce man I will do that. thats what its all about though, the struggle. because then you climb higher than your current plateau and things get easier.
Anyway heres the pic i took today. my subcutaneous fat hasn't changed that much i dont think, but i feel like my stomach doesnt push out as much. which leads me to think i burned some of my visceral fat:

I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
