Woke up with a broken plataeu, down to 328.6. So, down 3.5lbs. About goddamn time.
I'm probably eating about 2000-2500 cal a day at most. It's hard to count because I'm traveling and all my food is cooked for me. I'm working on eliminating stuff that might add to carbs without me noticing: like salsa. Today I woke up and had scrambled eggs with cheese (about 2-3 eggs worth, sprinkle of cheese) and 3 smallish sausage patties. Probably around 600-700 calories.
Lunch: Salad with chicken, cheese, and caesar dressing. chicken: maybe half a chicken breast worth, cheese... shredded so maybe 100-200 calories worth, and about 450-500 calories from dressing (2 packets + some added already). so another 700-800 calories.
No dinner yet, but either another salad or some more chicken breast. Then gym.
Had a cheat day Saturday so bounced back up to about 330. Today I did fasting workot:
overhead press: 90x10x2, 160x10
Leg extension: 135x20
cable curl: 100,110,110,120,130x10 each
cable tri pushdown: 140,150,160,190x10 each
then I did 36 minutes (2 miles) of incline treadmill.
