9am: BCAA + fat burner upon waking
10-12pm: BCAA during workout, did some workout at home (no gym yet), cardio for 3 miles (jog/speed walk)
1230pm: protein shake
345pm: boiled chicken
350pm: post late lunch fat burner
714pm: chicken + hot sauce, greens + water.
1042pm: chicken + houtsauce, greens + almond milk
Keep it up bro... don't worry about no gym. I went from 217 in March '12 to 154 in Dec without a gym. I'm personally very proud that I didn't let the "no gym" excuse be my excuse to stay fat.
I didn't do any long cardio like you're doing. Just HIIT three times a week for 10-15 minutes (jumping jacks/sprints) and weight training twice a week with a 25 lb dumbbell for about 30-45 mins. I suggest you look at HIIT if you haven't... it's been good for a few of my boys too.

930-11am: workout while BCAA (light weight lifting using body weight push up etc, 2 mile jog/walk)
1243pm: Protein Shake
340pm: chicken, greens + water
350pm: post lunch fat burner
Rest of day went south, cheat day but got laid ie pof, thank you gll for the guides for that.
And here is Day 31 with scale. Even after a few fk ups ie trial and error i still lost some weightage. Definitely pumped to keep going, and i found my error was lifting too heavy of weights so gonna drop that as well.
Under 200 - first goal met next up is 180
