Can’t find my other log so I’m going to post this here. I’m going to do another cut for the summer. I hit my 175 goal. However, my face still hasn’t fucking leaned out! My face loves to hold on to fat, which means I need to be ungodly lean before that checks out.
My new goal is to lose as much weight as it takes to to get a lean face. There’s no numerical target attached to that because honestly idk...,
Protocol is anywhere from 18-24k calories a day. I like to lift and go on long runs. The higher calorie days are for that purpose. Training is pretty much the same protocol I have always done. I don’t really change it.
Hopefully I’ll be able to finish this cut by the end of quarantine. Cutting is starting to get really annoying.
Thats funny im doing a mini bulk / recomp start cutting in july since lockdown could go till sept. But depends where your starting im leaner than you so if i keep cutting ill look like skeletor. Guess we are gonna swap bf percentages.
