So back in January I was diagnosed with being pre-diabetic after some blood work, I weighed over 220 pounds. I'm now almost 190 pounds. I cut back on drinking to just a few times a month and almost completely cut out sweets. I lift weights 5 times a week and do high intensity cardio twice a week. I'm still not 100 percent sure what I should be avoiding or adding into my diet. There is also this product I'm currently taking and don't know if I should stop taking it.
I'm getting blood work done in two weeks so hopefully everything comes out fine.
