So I finally hit my goal weight and I am very happy. I have not been this lean for many years.
However, I need a new fitness goal. The “goal” is to look as “good” as I possibly can w/o severely impacting my life. By “w/o severely impacting my life,” I mean being able to maintain a solid diet plan without too many feeling the horrible side effects of dieting (insomnia, irritability, fatigue).
This goal requires specific metrics to hit, both weight and caloric defecit percentages.
Current stats: 5:11, 189, bf (not sure you tell me).
You look good, and you obviously look like you lift. I would guess your bf to be about 13 to 14% but that's all relative to where any given individual stores fat. I think if you got that 189 down to 180 you'd be solid and it would be maintainable in the long term.
If you haven't already, try OMAD(one Meal a day), it might help. Other than that keep up the good work. You definitely LOOK like you're on the right track.

I definitely need to re-configure my macros. I will not do a low carb cut again fuck that.
Low carb will definitely make you feel depleted. Not a good strategy if you're lifting because your muscles use carbs for energy. I'd recommend OMAD or focus more on your caloric intake. In the end weight loss is more calories in vs calories out than macros.
If you want to reconfigure the macros then maybe up the carbs but lower the fats, or the protein but only if your consuming more than 1 gram per pound of lean body mass.
Yeah I absolutely hate low carb diets. I've done them and successfully lost weight, but a ton of muscle went with it. My energy in the gym was just so low that my strength plummeted. It doesn't work for everyone.
You're lookin fuckin good, though. I think you've got the right idea. When I've gotten exhausted from a long cut I've ended up spinning my wheels. Eating at maintenance for a while seems like a good plan. You've definitely got enough muscle for women, without a doubt. If you can shed a few more pounds of fat you'll be at a huge advantage in dating.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
