I usually only post for the purposes of receiving feedback. However, today I’m going to brag a little bit.
For the past 5 months I’ve been dieting. I’m happy to announce that I hit my goal weight. Fatty pic I’m at 227 and new pic I’m at 190 (goal). I’m very happy because it took a lot of hard work. Haven’t been this lean for years.
I don’t look quite how I want to so I need to formulate a new goal weight and keep going. However, I’m going to take a 2 week diet break at maintenance (22-25k calories) and then continue. See below
1. I’ve been using that hyaluronic acid (can’t spell) serum that Chris recommends. Stuff actually works. My skin looks really vibrant.
2. I think I am pretty much satisfied where I am at from a social freedom stand point. My initial goal was to be able to approach 3 girls a day and that’s pretty much where I’m at now. I took a month off because I was in the process of moving cities and changing jobs. Doing that successfully had to be my “number 1 goal” at the time. However, that caused me to develop some anxiety “getting back into it.” Last few weeks proved that I’ll be alright .
3. Online dating has not been as easy in San Francisco. I don’t have some overly complex theory about why that is. However, I’m going to put up some better pics. That’s all I really can do lol.
4. No lays since moving 4 weeks ago. However; I’m feeling pretty good with all the progress. I’ve come a long way since day 1 of the AA program. That’s a reward in itself.

I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
