I'd recommend focusing solely on weight-loss for right now, and at least until regular diet/exercising is a habit and just part of your lifestyle. You don't have to be shredded to get girls, but losing some extra pounds will make everything easier.
Ideally after that's in progress spending some time on your appearance, posting pics here if you can, working on style/haircut/tan/fitted clothes/etc. Most guys would be surprised what a few proper updates to their looks can do.
From there just getting a couple decent pics, set up dating profiles/tinder, and getting yourself your first date.
"Very low cals for as long as I can" is not a tangible plan.
How many calories?
Will you exercise as well?
What app will you use to track your cals?
How many pounds will you aim to lose per week?
What foods will you eat?
Will you do meal prep each week so all your food is sorted and you won't be tempted by snacks/takeout?

So it's definitely doable, but right now you're being very vague - you'll never have any kind of success unless you define your goals.
@Younghorny: that's fucking terrible advice. Grind for money for several years/decade, so he can attract solely golddiggers, the whole time knowing the only reason they're paying him any attention is because he has money? The entire time feeling like he's still a fat slob (which has negative effects on health, how other people see you, likelihood of getting promotions at work, how much people respect you, how your friends treat you, etc).
Also, where in the hell did you get this idea that girls don't give a fuck if you're a fat slob, as long as you're rich? _Some_ girls don't care (we call them golddiggers) - but the VAST majority of women don't want an obese guy.
