After years of dissapointing results I paid an online trainer to make me a work out plan and diet. He has won bodybuilding competitions in India and some Eastern Euro countries. Its only been 6 days and I already feel like quitting after the month.
Eating enough has always been my problem ( when I have to make it ). If it was some tasty food made by a chef, I could down it no problem. Ive been getting anxiety this week from eating so much. 1 - 80 g oats, 1 egg, 5 eggwhites, peanut butter, 1 scoop whey 2- 180 g chicken, 200 g rice, veggies, 100g yogurt 3- 160 g chicken, 150g rice, veggies 4- 180 g chicken, 100 g rice, 100 g yogurt 5- 1 scoop whey, Training is 1 body part a day for 6 days/week 10-16 reps/set but very little rest (30-40s between sets) The diet is high in protein, more than Ive ever had in my life. Its not tooooo much food, but as mentioned above, if it was made by a chef I could eat it no problem. On the bright side: Ive gained 5-6 lbs in bodyweight in 5 days. Yea, yea, I know its not muscle. This is super normal. Your body automatically wants to do what is easy. Your body isn't used to that much food so your ghrelin (the hormone that controls your appetite) is being suppressed.
Is he coaching you as well because if so, you should email him and explain the situation. They're supposed to help you through this stuff, that's what you're paying them for. Look up recipes online and cooking techniques to make your food taste better. Use TONS of sauces. When bulking, more often than not, Quality < Quantity.. You just gotta get in those calories. I've eaten enough shitty ass chicken breast that tastes like rubber and finally found a method that works for me and is always tender and delicious. Add a few chocolate chips to your oats. Use BBQ sauce with ur chicken, soy with your rice and steam your veggies. Add blueberries to your yogurt (greek yogurt sucks otherwise, I assume that's what you're eating) Also - try switching up your meals. Do steak one meal and fish the other or turkey burger or something... Don't torture yourself. Take the extra time to make sure your food tastes good so you don't want to stab yourself. Bodybuilding is already boring as is, no need to make it even more tedious. Cheers, hope this helps. 4 - 2016 and before

My diet is similar to OP's except I also take 5g creatine power. At about 500 g of meat daily, is there really any point to taking whey powder (if not, it will save me over 100 bucks a month)? Pre-GLL: 23 (over 10 years)

You should eat 1.5grams per lb of bodyweight. So if you're 200lbs you need to eat 300 grams of protein.
Egg Whites in protein shakes helps with this + lots of meat. Do whatever you have to do to hit that. 4 - 2016 and before

I also take creatine but I didn't feel the need to say it lol. Maybe cause I have experience taking PEDs.
I'm going to take more frequently ghrp6/CJC for the hunger benefits. Also have mk677 for the same purpose. I've done a test cycle last year. Age: 26

So having said all this my mind started running into some extremely dark thoughts this week. At first I blamed it on my life circumstances in general but quickly wisened up and realized a lot of it was just the anxiety from overfeeding.
This is not to say I've been a failure in all aspects of my life till now but that is a different story. Anyways, since I was a pre teen, there are 3 things I have always wanted but could NEVER attain. One was a nice body. Maybe this just had to do body dysmorphia, but the famous saying of zyzz shines true " the day you start lifting is the day you will forever be small". Fast forward through a long history of spending time, money for this pursuit I come to today. IF I give up I can never forgive myself due to the "sunk costs". Not only that, in my mind, getting bigger has always been tied to getting girls, confidence to apply for jobs, enter new situations etc. Age: 26

What are the other 2 things? I'm guessing one of them is a consistent amount of attractive women that want to have sex with you, but I'm curious what your answer is. Thanks for everything you guys. It's time for me to move on to bigger things!

1) A nice body, I remember I got a dumbell kit back in grade 8.
2) Girls/girlfriend, earliest memories go back to grade 2 where I used to literally pray to God to make my crush my girlfriend hahah. My 1 and only "gf" was in grade 8, coincidence related to point 1, who knows lol. More so, I always had a high libido, literally was fapping when I was 6-7 years old. 3) Money - Im embarrassed to even tell you what my lifetime income has been since Its a complete travesty. Reasons include theorizing more than implementing, learning but not doing, some laziness, useless degree, self doubt (from points 1 and 2). Age: 26

It's not completely non-bioavailable. And you'll actually get more nutrients from the egg by not cooking it. It's also super easy to drink a ton of egg whites. Cooking them takes longer, makes dishes and fills you up. Super easy to add to protein shakes. 4 - 2016 and before
