Hello Good looking loser, I just wanted to ask some questions about my diet and ill be posting another thread on the gym section. I have a real bad habit of not eating enough. Case in point is the fact that I had a banana and 2 fruit and bars for breakfast yesterday. Some quick math tells me its around 400 calories. I think that this is personally a bad habit considering that yesterday was my cardio day and I burned about a 1,000 calories according to the treadmill/elliptical, I also worked out around 8:00 pm. Am I starting a bad habit? What can I do to fix this?
To be honest, you just have to suck it up, not be a pussy, and just fucking eat. You and I both know as a smaller dude (I was skinny fat, but once I burned off the excess fat I was frail as hell) you have to get in the necessary calories to be packing on the muscle that you want. Go ahead and hit up a TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) calculator to figure out how much you need to maintain. Start by eating 200-300 calories above that to pack on weight consistently while following a workout routine that you can add weight/reps/generally progress on over time. I can guarantee you that you will pack on weight and eat enough. Also, just stop doing cardio for a while. This is stupid if you're trying to gain, you'll only slow down your progress as you now have to make up for a deficit that you simply could have avoided - lifting heavy weights while progressively overloading will be healthy enough for now.
I myself admit I have a terrible appetite (I can definitely tell on a bulk), so I down a protein shake or two during the day to get in some easy calories. An excellent protein shake that I make personally is a scoop of whey protein, about 400-500 mL of whole milk, and two raw eggs tossed into a shaker bottle. Mix it up, boom, you have about 600 calories of dense, quality macros right there.
Finally, get used to eating earlier in the day - by eating breakfast, you stimulate your body's hormones such that you want to keep eating throughout the day. I find that when I'm bulking, if I wake up earlier, I will be more able to get in the calories I need not only because I'm hungrier but simply because I have more time to eat the calories as well.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
