So I am 6 ft tall, 172 lbs, and somehow my abdomen area has higher BF% than normal. Based on the pics that Chris showed, my BF% is around the 25-30% range despite being my height and weight.
How the fuck did this happen? Also, what should I be doing about it? Have been lazing off a great deal in past weeks by eating fast food and such which Chris says is a big no no. |

Yeah, that's just what you call being skinny fat. Def get up and moving and cut out the junk food.

Low T and a high sugar diet will do that to you.
Start lifting, eat healthy. Do that for a few months, and see where you're at. If nothings changed, get some blood work and look into TRT. You didnt say how old you were? |

Bcuzz you don't have muscles. If you have fat, then the only way to get rid of it is to diet down, regardless of your weight.

Alright I see the problem now.
I have got into a good workout routine but diet on some days can be straight junk, reason is I find myself occasionally burned out after work so I get like 1 donut or some sort of unhealthy carbs, am trying to get back into the good habits slowly. I also have a night or two a week where I go out to get hammered. |
