Chances are you just need to make some lifestyle changes to normalise your test levels. Healthy men your age are usually 600-700ng/dl.
Get your bodyfat down to at least 12% and I guarantee your test levels will increase. |

Well I want to get to 700. Ok next step is to get down to under 12 percent body fat. I hope that is enough to raise it.

I would get off the high-rep, heavy cardio regime and on to a low-rep, strength/size focused (compound barbell) lifting regime and cut out cardio or reduce to 3X/week HIIT such as prowler push, car push, rowing ergometer.
Cardio and calorie limitation are catabolic, which is bad for testosterone production,, so even though getting bf% down is important don't do it too fast or you'll lose too much muscle. You may just need to reduce estrogen levels to get some mojo back. You could experiment with an aromatase inhibitor such as arimidex or aromasin, or something milder such as mesterelone (proviron) to see if that makes a difference. If it does then you can adjust your food a little more to make sure nothing estrogenic is in there and continue cutting bodyfat % I don't know if the Lyme could have fucked up some hormonal stuff with you but frankly, no one else probably does either. They are still learning about that disease. Glad you've gotten through it that stuff sucks. Make sure you're getting good veggies too. Nothing sugary or starchy, just green veggies and a good assortment of the other colors. Also remember that your absolute level is not the most important thing, it's how you feel and your results. At 28 you should still respond to training very well in terms of muscle and strength gain provided you eat enough. You should wake up with morning wood. If those two things aren't happening you may have T/E balance or level issues that need to be resolved. PUSSY: a renewable, local, natural resource.

Thanks MM. Responding to your last paragraph i feel pretty good and im a sex beast in relationships but don't have a lot of libidio for random girls, not a lot of desire.
I also don't wake up with boners unless i take sex pills. I got s lot of work it seems like. I will drop even more weight and get under 12 percent and retest. About switching from cardio i just love riding bikes so maybe ill ride bike to gym or ride bike to park and run short sprints which should be more along the lines of what your talking about. |
