Good luck man best advice I can give as I'm currently on the same diet is no matter what you do, do not cheat the longer you eat low carb high fat the less and less you will crave unsuitable foods and to what you said before I'm confirming that this diet will make you feel less hungry because you are giving what your body ACTUALLY NEEDS and not filling your stomach with man made crap and when you did slip up and weighed yourself that weight increase was water weight I know I mess up from time to time too lol

Day 11 2/23/16
Weight 204.8 I really don't see any changes in the mirror but my cloths fit alot better. My goal is top get down to 175lbs I'm 5'9 does anyone know if at 5'9 and weighing 175 abs are visible? Day 13 2/25/16
202.4lbs ( I had liquor the night before I hope it's not just water weight) I skipped a log for day 12 but it's all good. I had a busy day approaching girls at the mall. I staying under 30grams of carbs for the day so that's good. I did go on a date with this girl I met at the club last weekend so I had one drink and some fried calamari. Others than that my diet was great. And I finally found someone I could workout with at my gym. This diet is fucking amazing!! Can't wait till I reach my goal!!! Day 16 2/28/16
204.8 lbs ( I slipped up this weekend) This weekend wasn't the best for my diet, I had some tiramisu, and some cake. I also went out for some drinks. Overall I slipped up this weekend. I've learned no to beat myself up about minor setback, just gotta get back on the horse and keep it moviing My weight gain didn't go up that much, because I worked out every day except for Sunday. Day 17 2/29/16
Weight 206.lbs So my weight went up by like 2lbs. Not a big deal. This month I've decided to go extra hard and do two a days not excuses. At least not every day but i want to add more cardio to my workout. Back in February I wrote down that I wanted to get down to 202lbs I'm definitely gonna surpass that. On a more positive note i got a workout partner. He's been lifting for a long time he's been really pushing me it's great to have someone to spot you or even push you past your limit. I can help him with cardio and he can help me with lifting. Get my shit together = Having my own place, Get my body the way that I want it= getting down to sub 10% body fat. Day 22 3/5/16
Weight 205.lbs I hope my weight doesn't stay like this for another week. I've done a good job of eating protein and fats. I limit my carbs to only 30 a day. I slipped up twice this week by having some alcohol twice. No big deal though. This week I also tried not weighing myself every day but that only lasted for two days. I've realized I do a lot better when I weight myself everyday. To be honest I thought I would have been down to around 202lbs. I can't think about that though I just gotta worry about the next day. I really have to be more disciplined with my diet. It's going on 30 days and I've only lost 6lbs wtf! Weight 203.8 I couldn't update this post because I've been busy. My weight hasn't changed to much, but my cloths fit alot better. I've learned not to go by the scale all the time. This week I want to eat more vegetables, I've been doing great as far as what I'm eating. I can't wait until I can actually see my abs. The picture on the left is roughly around Feb 18th right before I started the diet the picture on the Right is from yesterday March 8th.
