Get no sugar alternatives with artificial sweeteners is what I do. Diet coke, diet energy drinks, protein pancakes with walden farms 0 calorie pancake syrup, stuff like that. Anytime I get mad cravings I can figure something out that isn't shitty for me that will still let me reach my goals and not turn into a fat fucker. Checkout the low carb grocery store online, not sure if there's a location in your area but I'm sure there's something similar. Stuff like quest bars, whey ice cream, no calorie chocolate syrup, etc. all get thrown into my diet when I'm getting crazy cravings.
Develop a taste for gourmet dark chocolate -- just eat small squares of it.
It's actually permitted ( in moderation ) in a lot of keto diets. Nuts in the chocolate are good too.
Dark chocolate is lower in sugar and carbs than regular chocolate and it is supposed to have anti-oxidants and flavonoids that it can practically be seen as "healthy."
The reason I'm suggesting transitioning to more expensive gourmet brands is your palette gets pickier and soon after you will start to hate the cheaper quality stuff that has lots of preservatives, emulsifiers etc. Just pure, rich cocoa butter based product.
All that junky looking stuff at the check out counter will look like the crap that it is. Ditto for donuts, oreos.
Chocolate goes so well with coconut, nut butters, cherries, blueberries, almonds etc. you can get creative. I love drinking really good coffee with some chocolate too.
In all honesty, it really depends on the person, their genetic disposition to food addiction, discipline, environment, and a whole host of other factors. While many of these suggestions are very valid, this issue is simply too volatile to have a straight shot answer. I just switched out of Keto diet back to "normal" diet for particular reasons and although I would LOVE to overeat my caloric intake, I know when I hit my calories for the day, that's it until the next day.
OP in all honesty, you're just gonna have to experiment with trial and error. Work on being disciplined, track what you eat, take note of the foods you're more or less craving all the time, and make your adjustments.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
