Im a Jew and next week we're celebrating Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) in which we'll be fasting (no eating no drinking) for 25 hours from evening to evening..what do you want think i should be eating before so i wont gain fat and lose muscle.. Im currenly 12% bf
Well if you aren't eating anything you won't worry about gaining fat in 24 hours. I would just stuff my face with chicken, oats and peanut butter before as to try to stay full for as long as possible with good quality foods. That's your best bet.
