Your friends might just be more confident than you. There is a massive mental aspect to working out that is often neglected, especially if you are doing strength training and trying to lift heavy. My mood and how I view myself effects every little aspect of my life, from my boner strength to my performance in school. Ignore the T results, at least for now. Look for things you can improve upon. Tracking goals is the best way because naturally everyone (especially goal setters) are going to make progress somewhere in life. If you are on this site, and have been for a while, you are goal oriented. I look back at some of the shit I wrote down in January. I didn't accomplish jack shit. Like 2/7 goals maybe. But I didn't realize subconsciously how many baby steps I made toward all my various goals. I still made progress. I wish I kept track of that list, man. I would have achieved more and felt even greater. Never fail to give yourself a boost.
Let's look at the positives so far, in a post that is all about the negative.
1) You solved a huge ED problem you suffered from for years.
2) You've been kegeling and have a strong boner you did not have before. Touch that cock, feel it, stroke it (NO HOMO!!!) and feel the warmth. That's power, man.
3) You don't look at porn and you are a horny fucker who needs to restrain himself from smacking girls' asses out in public. You have the sexual energy some men wish they had because they jerk their dicks all day.
4) You eat healthy
Ignore your current gym struggles. Whether or not you make gains, you have to work out anyways for the sake of your health. You are committed to that, you don't fuck around. Be proud, man. Feel it.
Since you are working out with friends, I have questions. Are your friends spotting you? You use a belt? Do you work out together as a unit? The best thing for me to make gains was to work out with others. Best advice ever.
Anyways, hope this helps, man. I know there are times where you feel you need something, and no one believes you, but the things I suggested are things you should do regardless and may help you forget about your irrelevant test results and give you the results you want. I never tested for T, but there are times where I felt weak and emasculated, and still do, but also pumping myself up seems to have taken me to another level I did not see myself reaching.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
