Have you picked up any fat burners? I just bought lipodrene with ephedra i've heard great things eager to start using it.

Yeah, ephedra is supposed to be king but I didn't want a stim fat burner (except caffeine) so I went with lean xtreme and katanadrol. I've hardened up real nice, strength gains, lost 8 lbs on the scale, and looking a bit leaner - been only about a week or so. |

Posting an update as promised. I don't see a HUGE difference in these pics but I definitely notice the lower belly is handing less and if you notice there's another line under my belly on my side that wasn't there before.
This is 2 weeks in. My diet and training has been impeccable, aside from my carb load day I still stayed fairly low fat but I had more simple carbs than I probably should have - which shouldn't be that big of a deal anyway. Things to keep in mind: I'm on creatine and other compounds that may retain water and I wasn't in the initial pic. Also, disregard the nipples. They look puffy when not cold/erect. |

Why aren't you cutting on a ketogenic diet? You have A LOT of weight to lose and keto would get you there as fast as humanly possible.

As far as how much muscle you gained during your bulk; what were your strength gains?
Muscle size (as measured by cross-sectional area) is directly proportional to muscle strength (force producing capacity), so it is a good idea to record what increases you have on your weights at the same sets/reps as when you started so you can get a good idea of progress, and know where to get to before you want to cut, and know how to define your goal for keeping gains when you do cut. As you already realize it can be tough to know just by looking in the mirror or the scale what your lean body mass really is. Without some good objective measures you can waste a lot of your time and effort yo-yo-ing up and down with bulks and cuts and not getting anywhere. MM PUSSY: a renewable, local, natural resource.

Hey bro, great reply. This really put insight into my lifting. I'm happy to say my strength gains have increased steadily as my weight has gone up. I've written down all of my workouts since I started, it was one of the first things I learned. Unfortunately I have lost some of the records on old computers or broken phones, so I only have my recent stuff. I remember struggling to bench 95 when I first started. Yesterday I benched 155 for 8 reps and I consider this one of my weaker exercises since I almost never have a spot. I used to do lower-mid 200s leg presses, my last set I maxed out 405 lbs, 10 reps for all 3 sets. I totally agree recording this stuff is vital. I know exactly where to start my weight and what weight I have to beat. If I don't beat my previous record I won't grow, yet I see so many people neglect this key advantage. Well you were taking about CKD, which is NOT beneficial for weight loss as opposed to a non-cheating keto cycle, as well your dreamer bulk was clearly poorly planned and executed with little self control. You look like you gained mostly fat and accentuated preexisting gyno. So that's why I ask why you're not doing a staunch keto regime, because you're doing yourself no favours with carb ups.. |
