I have to revise that post, the BF % estimations are too low- Ideal is about 8-10% based on these images
http://www.gll-getalife.com/get-ripped/whats-my-body-fat/ Honestly, underestimating bodyfat is the biggest mistake I've made since starting this site (the other one was confusing chunk light tuna for having more mercury than albacore tuna). Yeah insanity is a bit to insane for training on 0 carbs (empty stomach). It's also not necessary. I dislike thing like insanity for newbie/guys that need to lose a lot of weight. Does it work? of course. Will most people quit after 2 weeks - yes. I have to writeup an official "fat loss training program" (sorry) but I just want guys doing the bare minimum to get good results. "Retention" (you don't quit) is more important than "busting your ass".. the later attitude will come in time. Phil lost exactly 100 lbs with our diet, and basic jogging. I say start there and get into some weights after you are around 15-20% BF or when you want to I'll get up the fat loss training.. sorry im way behind.. not enough hours in the day/week/month! Please no Private Messages. Post thread on with the word "Chris" or "GLL" in it if you absolutely need to get my input. Thank you for your understanding.

Awesome Chris! I can't wait for that article. That's what I will be doing. Basic jogging and light weight lifting.

Thank you for the reply chris! I guess I am making this thing harder than it needs to be? I seem to have the idea that I need to wake up and bust my ass! Guess it's true diet is 80%(or something like that) of the weight loss. |

Do this-
Follow this diet (we are going to make the page look nicer, I wrote it up quickly because people needed it last year) http://www.gll-getalife.com/2012/10/fat-loss-diet-1/ Get the 3 supplements (that's all you need), it'll be $3 a day and the lipodrene will kill your appetite (saving you money) http://www.gll-getalife.com/2012/10/fat-loss-supplements/ I'll have the training post up soon (maybe I'll do it today, if I can) but basically- empty stomach, after taking BCAAs, and 1 Lipodrene--- walk on a treadmill for 25-30minutes (heart rate at 125-140). if you want to throw around some lightweights before/after for about 15 minutes- go for it. repeat almost everyday for 30days. you'll be down 20lbs. if you are 100lbs overweight, the good news is- the weight will come off easily. your body was never meant to hold all that excess weight. you have hyper-sensitivity to carbohydrates (particularly, processed carbohydrates) once you remove the carbohydrates [which are holding the fat on you] the fat will fall off. Hey Chris do you recommend 5x5 on light weights along with BCAAs for muscle retention? My biggest deal is that I'm skinny fat. Most of my weight is in my core. I have a little bit of muscle from newbie gains this summer (before, if I flexed I had absolutely no bicep hump, I've kept that but lost some mass in my triceps from losing weight) and I want to retain it. I sort of fucked up a bit and did the "lazy poor loser" diet where I just don't each much. I've lost some weight but also some muscle.

This is what I was thinking about doing, so I'd like to know too. I was going to wait for to lose the last 5% bf to hit 10% before I started 5x5, but was thinking there wouldn't be any problems if I started now as long as the weight wasn't maxed / increasing like I was trying to gain strength rather than just working out my muscles to promote protection & higher metabolism. |

Tommy boy, check out this dudes site, this should asnwer your questions and inspire you beyond belief. I've been following this dude since he was a no body on the net in 2003, it's fucking insane the dedication and transfomation this dude made. http://www.johnstonefitness.com/my-transformation/pictures/ He keeps such detailed records too. I highly recommend besides just the pics, look at his stats, and measurements and notice the progress. And dude is 100% natural by the way, besides what anyone says. Haters gonna always hate, I know when put on 15lbs of muscle in 6 months from solid diet and training EVERYONE was sure I was on roids and it made me so fucking mad. Even my close friends were like it's impossible to put on more than 10lbs of muscle a year because FLEX magazine and the bros on BB.com say so, so it must be true. Fuck that!!! It's easy to be a Pussy and feel sorry for oneself. It takes a real man to act, despite massive resistance to positive change as a result of lack of clear goals and a clear plan of action.

I really appreciate the help man I will follow this. Trust be told the last time I was skinny I was 5 years old. I had weight problems my whole life(fat child lol) and am glad to find this site! One more question.. Can I have as much veggies as I want? I understand that veggies have carbs also.. |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.Β
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
