i have 25 eyears old, only fucked one ugly girl, i hear that good bulking takes at least a year, i'm afraid that during this year i will look more chubby and even less masculine than now...

The only faster way to bulk/cut is steroids, and I don't recommend that until you you got it down pat naturally as I'm guessing you'd just spin your wheels and still not get anywhere (which is why I haven't gotten them). It sucks, but nothing worth having comes easy. Not sure if you should bulk or cut either. Post pics.

I recommend doing carb backloading bulk which is what I do. You will not get fatter, and will gain a shit load of muscle.
I've been following this for pretty much going on 2 years now and I don't think I'll ever go back. It just works too damn good. I used to buy into the whole typical BB myth that you have to accept the fact that you need to get fat to bulk. This is utter bull shit. This myth is perpetuated by the BB roid freaks like Ronnie Coleman, Cutler, et al. who are on massive amount of hormones, and weigh 320lbs off season, and shred down to 2-3% BF, so naturally you can easily pack on 50lbs of fat and still stay under 15% bf, in some cases under 12%. I know Jay these days likes to stay as close to contest shape as possible. But for the average joe not on 1000mg of test a week and GH etc., to try to cut 50lbs of fat is gonna take min 6-12 months and you'll probably lose some muscle. So why put on the fat in the first place? You can buy the ebook at carbbackloading.com It will take some planning and adjusting, but if your in personal fitness, bodybuilding for the long haul it's worth the time investment. I'm pretty much an expert at carb backloading after doing it for past two years. if you have any questions just ask. You can also check out the author of the books website at, athlete.io Kiefer, the authoer is Legit and highly respected among the elite athletic circles in the know. Although there is always gonna be detractors that will always nay say any ideas that upset the delicate egos of the mainstream sheeple. And on a side note, If the only reason you're lifting and wanting to add muscle is to "fuck girls" then I'd hate to sound like a dick, but thats a shitty reason, you should be doing it for your own happiness well being. I'm a big believer in doing things for the sake of ones own personal development. In my opinion I think when any guy starts doing something for the sole purpose to try to please women it's a huge mistake, i.e. I wanna make more money so girls will like me, I wanna be ripped so girls will like me, I wanna have a big dick so girls will like me, I wanna be huge so girls will like. Essentially this is what you're saying, and it's a sure fire way to lose. Why? Because if you measure of success is wheter or not girls will like you based on how much muscle you have, then what if you gain 20lbs of muscle but you still don't have the "success" you hoped? Then what, maybe you need to start juicing and put on another 20lbs, and that will be the answer? Fuck that, do shit because you do it for you, that is what women find attractive. Dudes that do shit soley for the purpose of what they think women will like is typical, "I hope she likes me mind set". And besides if the only reason you're lifting is for women then chances you'll give up if you don't get the desired results and that in my opinion, if that happens is the epitome of "average guy" behavior. Not trying to be harsh bro, just keeping it real. Afterall this is a NO BS community, right? It's easy to be a Pussy and feel sorry for oneself. It takes a real man to act, despite massive resistance to positive change as a result of lack of clear goals and a clear plan of action.

Thanks for the great info. I'm at about 15%bf and am almost done cutting so I wasn't 100% sure how I was going to bulk, but this will give me a great starting point. Dang this book is over 300 pages. Looks like a lot of detail went into making this pdf. I'll definitely pay/support the author should I gain the type of results you've received. |

It's actually super easy. Just PM for any questions, I'm happy to help. For example today (offday) for breakfast, I had 4 whole, organic omega 3 eggs, bellpeppers, spinach, 2 aidells sausage. Lunch 8oz grass fed, ground beef, with veggies, 1/2 avocado, afternoon snack 1 string cheese, 1/4 cup mac nuts, dinner 8oz salmon, 2 cups veggies, 1tbs grass fed butter, bed time, 20grams casein whey. For a training day, pretty much same thing up until 5 or 6pm, pre-work out, (bulk only) then I have 10-20grams whey/ 1 cup oats/1tbs almond butter, blended, then, post work out have 2 bananas, 40grams whey, then solid protein/carb dinner, i.e. chicken & white rice, then some really high GI, trashy carbs, lastnight I had two huge 4"x4" squares of breadpudding and whipcream after my dinner meal. You can also go without the oats in the the pre-work out shake and just do 10grams whey, 1tbsp MCT or coconut oil, but found on bulk training I need some carbs, but many guys can get away without the carbs, I did for a long time, but found I train heavier with the carbs. And the reason for the almond butter is to slow the digestion of the carbs to prevent a glycemic rebound, which could occur if the carbs digest to fast and cause a rapid insulin spike prior to training, which would cause fatigue mid workout. Hope this helps. I'll write a post on my experience/journey soon because I think it's good to have some alternative methods to achieving a muscular/ripped physique, other than just the standard protocols, which work, but come with downsides, i.e. muscle/strength loss , extreme hunger, lethargy, during cuts, and massive fat gain during bulks. It's easy to be a Pussy and feel sorry for oneself. It takes a real man to act, despite massive resistance to positive change as a result of lack of clear goals and a clear plan of action.

Ok I read the 327p ebook. I love how scientific it is and how 50 of the pages are just listing the scientific references he used. Also The author's sarcasm was very entertaining. The diet really expands on the ketogenic diet I've been on. In fact it expands on a whole bunch of things I've read from Chris & Baby Hulk. So many things all parties agree on, I hope they take a peek. I'm starting this diet tomorrow to go from 15 to 10% bf & then I'll do the bulking version of it after that. Also Yes that was very helpful for you to list when/what you eat. Makes me able to make my shopping list a lot faster. I'll probably do exactly the same except taking a Greens Formula supplement for the fiber/veggies. +rep man, tyvm. |

Lol at an "expert" thinking that Olympia competitors come in at 2% body fat. And I never claimed to be an "expert" at bodyfat percentages. I simply said in regards to carbbackloading I would say I have an expert understanding of the protocol, does it mean I know as much as the author no, but after doing for two years straight I probably know more than most who hasn't done it for as long. Clarence Bass who was a natural bodybuilder from the 70's had his BF measured in hydrostatic weighing on August 24, 1977 his body fat was measured at 2.4% at Lovelace Medical Center using hydrostatic weighing. and measured at 2.4%. Who cares what BF% Olympians have? If you can get down to 12 to 14% BF you're going to look better than 90% of the population anyway.
On the other hand, if you don't do anything to get you BF% down, and you don't anything to gain muscle tone, you're going look like the 90% of the over weight, out of shape population. 3 months of progressive work outs is going to do wonders for you, and by the time those 3 months are done, working out will be routine, just keep at it. Few men have gone home alone to jerk off because they underestimated the character of a woman.
