So ive been doing 100 push ups and 50+ pull ups for a few days now and yesterday I got a lot of pain in my palm, I decided to push on and finish 100 push ups and 70 pull ups however it didn't feel good, Today im completely unable to do pull ups and push ups are do able but the pain is still there.
Palm hurts? I would think wrist if anything. I would give it a 3 day rest than go back to pullups with band assisting your feet and with perfect pushup elite pads to keep weight off joints
I had the original perfect pushups as a gift and thought they were dumb especially when they get dusty and don't spin well. Ten years later with wrist pain from video editing and the upgraded design. These things are actually legit. I like how you get more range of motion if you want to. It makes it harder for chest, but easier for joints
Also, as far as reps go it largely depends on how heavy you are. 50 pullups are easy if you are skinny, hard if you are heavy. Mix shit up so you aren't doing the same thing over and over too. Mix it up with diamond pushups, slow negatives etc or a video like this
