I was thinking that I need to increase something with my light full body days because the workout felt too easy today, at least for chest. But, I have to chill out. As long as the weights keep going up, I'll still be making progress, and with less chance of injury.
Start of week 11 (3rd week of second bulk cycle)
Light Full Body
195lbs 1x7, 1x8, 1x6
comment: Man, I fucked up with this. I was planning on doing 3x8 with 195lbs, but it felt tough on the first set so then I was going to stick with 3x7. On the second set, I decided to go for the 8 reps, I did it successfully, but it took too much out of me. I failed to get 7 reps on the last set. I was a bit dissapointed about that, overall, I did 21 reps either way 7+7+7 = 7+8+7, so technically, I didn't fail.
comment: I'm going to keep squats to 1 time per week, I felt the pain on my leg.
70lbs 1x10, 1x8
80lbs 2x8, 1x7
Dumbell Tricep extensions
35lbs 1x15, 1x8
comment: my right triceps are weaker than my left.
My Monday workouts are killing me ever since I switched to 3 workouts/week(but a bit longer each). I feel so tired. I'm considering adding a cardio day over the weekend to improve my stamina. I'll wait to see how I feel in a couple weeks, maybe I just need to get used to the extra work.
Heavy Full Body
225lbs 1x4, 1x3
comments: I attempted 225 1x5, but my spotter fucked up my last rep. I was grinding it out when he started helping. It's whatever. I'm going to rest all next week for bench press. I'm not recovering enough, gonna deload off of my chest exercises.
135 3x10, 1x5
comment: my heavy dead lifting days are over.If I touch anything over 185lbs, I get a pain in my lower lumbar. It's not worth it to go ham on dead lifting.
Overall comments: I'm going to do more volume this week on all accessory lifts. My bench press strength is almost up +40lbs from when I started this log in December. I think my 5rm was 185lbs for 5 reps then, now, it's 225lbs for 4 reps. 20 more lbs and I will have reached my goal. 5 more weeks of bulking, then I'll do another mini 2 week cut. I haven't lost much muscle by bulking in cycles and I'm most definitely considerably leaner than I would otherwise be. I'll do another cycle of bulking after.
I was just trying to get to 155-160lbs at 12% body fat, I'm about 5'9. I was making progress on cold approaching and gym, but all gyms are closed and it feels wrong to approach women with the social distancing. I'm doing some exercises with dumbells at home and I just cut down 10 lbs last 2 months but I reckon I will lose some muscle and strength by the time the gym reopens.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
