1-2 weeks ago I slightly hurt both knees on the same day but at different times. Each time it felt like me knee got hyper-extended but both happened with my knee slightly bent when I was quickly changing direction. I've just started working out in the past few weeks so my bodies weak, but considering I tweaked both knees in the same way I think it's likely something is at least slightly out whack. I still feel it slightly when I walk, feels just like hyper-extension. My thoughts:
- Weak stabilizer muscles in the knees.
- Strength imbalance between quads and glutes/hamstrings.
- Poor hip mobility.
I'm lifting again and doing hip mobility and stretching hoping that'll take care of it but wanted to ask, any ideas?
- By 2020: Reach 190lbs, <18% BF (@ 155lbs est. <10% BF)
- By 2020: Lift Goals: Bench - 270lb, 1 Arm Row - 150lb x 3, Leg Press - 450lb,
- Do some looks/edge maxing
- Start and complete the Going Out to Bars program
