No gear when bulking and I've never had a regimented cut. Ever since I started GLL I pretty much followed a lean bulking sort of diet. Ate whatever I wanted, trained hard in the gym and focused on gaining size.
It took 4 years of consistent training(I've never missed more than 2 weeks at the gym). I could've grew much more if I focused on it but I was busy with other stuff and didn't want commit at the time.
And no specific training. I started with a trainer the first year, who I'd send pics to, videos of my lifts etc.. Was super helpful. Then I trained instinctually and just tried to go as hard as I possibly could. Rep outs - tons of volume - heavy weight (sometimes)
Haven't posted in awhile just because things are going well for my cut. I've been super busy though.
I'm down weight again. Bumped up to 40mcg of clen per day and doing 4x35minutes of cardio per week. I'm starting to look leaner. It was discouraging because Test is an aromatiser so you naturally hold more water. Your weight might be stagnant so I just gotta trust the process. This is still moderate cutting and I'll be getting more aggressive soon at my next plateau. I'm hoping I can drop below 190 soon. Haven't been under 190 in over 2 years. It'll be interesting.
